Michael set up Green Lizard in 2005 with his brother Simon and oversees all operational and financial aspects of the agency. He believes it is an exciting time for the agency's growth and testament to this is the number of recommendations the agency consistently receives from buyers and sellers.

When not working, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, cycling and running. Michael regularly supports and takes part in events for both 40tude curing colon cancer and Parkinson’s UK and most recently he completed the London Marathon with his wife and eldest daughter Olivia.
